An OEM of medical implants is expanding their state-of-the-art operation. They are going to double the number of CNC machine tools in their manufacturing facility.
We are searching for a candidate with strong technical CNC machining experience and the ability to manage the CNC machining area. Interested candidates will need both production CNC turning and milling experience. The ideal candidate will have an engineering and programming background, along with the ability or past experience managing small groups of machinists. This position will focus on programming, fixturing, tooling, planning, scheduling, productivity improvements and capacity increases. We will consider both Production Supervisors with strong CNC technical experience or Manufacturing Engineers with the ability to lead employees.
