Medical Insurance B
Medical insurance is provided by top providers. Trade electronics
offers a choice of medical plans: Aetna Open Choice (PPO/NON PPO) and
Aetna HMO
In addition, Trade Electronics offers two dental plan options
The Delta Preferred Provider (DPO) dental plan or the Delta Care PMI Plan (HMO)
The vision care plan is provided by Superior Vision Services, Inc
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Trade electronics pays for insurance equal to two times the employee's
income, up to a maximum of $800,000. Voluntary term life insurance
for employees and their dependents, paid by the em ployee, is also offered
Vacation and Sick Leave C
Eligible employees will earn combined vacation/sick leave hours from the first date of hire.
Longer term employment provides an increase in the number of vacation/sick leave hours
earned each year
Trade electronics offers (15) paid holidays per calendar year
Tuition Reimbursement Plan D
Trade electronics reimburses employees for a course of study that is degree-oriented
and job-related, up to $6,000 each calendar year
Reimbursement is based on grades received for each course and includes tuition,
and registration fees
Trade electronics Savings & Retirement Plan E
Employees may contribute from 1% to 17% of their pay.
Trade electronics will match $0.50 for every dollar contributed up to 6% of earnings.
Employees can invest contributions in any of the Plan's professionally managed funds.
