Job Duties:
Responsible for the Retail, Attractions and Games departments.
Responsible for the creation and adherence to approved budgets for each department.
Directly manage all managers and supervisors
Oversee the interviewing, selection and hiring for respective departments.
Responsible for determining, evaluating and maintaining proper staffing in respective areas.
Oversee the development of department training programs.
Responsible for all departmental loss prevention, protection of company assets, equipment funds and product.
Give direction to managers to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
Write and conduct performance appraisals for Managers
Oversee department orientation and training program and ensure that employees are trained to park standards.
Develop and mentor management staff
Responsible for ensuring that guest service protocols are adhered to.
Ensure proper resolution of guest problems/complaints as needed.
Assist in the development of new units and the renovation of existing units.
Responsible for maintaining inventory in retail and games operations.
Responsible for the department safety program ensuring that all legal requirements are met for the park.
Analyze Retail, Attractions and Games in various units and prepare reports as needed for General Manager
Inventory responsibility for the departments.
Develop and maintain contact with outside vendors as assigned.
Assist with the upkeep of the point of sales register system as assigned.
Enforce all rules and policies of the company.
Provide for and maintain a work environment that promotes fairness, teamwork and communication..

Skills:
|
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess prior supervisory experience in a retail, attractions and games setting, preferably multi-units.
College degree preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with guests from all over the world.
Must be available to work varying hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Must possess prior experience in inventory management and computer inventory tracking. |
