Director of Stores, San Antonio
Our client is a regional juniors fashion retailer. We are searching for a high energy Director of Stores to oversee all store operations in the company (40+).
Job Requirements include:
Experience in a high volume environment with multi-store experience in junior apparel is preferred.
Ability to lead all District Managers and management teams in sales generation, ensuring corporate operational standards are met and executed.
Coach, develop, evaluate District Managers
Accountability for sales, profit development, and shrinkage control.
2-3 years of regional management retail experience
5 years of managing multiple high volume districts
Knowledge of junior apparel retail market and keeping abreast of the competition and competitive issues.
Ability to motivate and provide leadership to District Managers and entire store staff as we try to exceed our customer service expectations.
Experience in team development skills, recruiting, interviewing, training, and development
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Developing a positive relationships with other departments in the Home Office and in the Field
Extensive Travel is required.
