Job description:

The NIDF Manufacturing Department has an opening for a Process Engineer in its Technical Service Department. Duties include managing projects from conception to startup; developing process improvement projects; identifying and implementing safety and environmental related improvements; maintaining proper engineering documentation; providing assistance to the Unit for engineering related issues and providing timely communication to management and Unit personnel.
Other responsibilities may include supporting troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking and expansion efforts, creating plant tests, improving on-stream time, participating in accident/incident investigations, developing operating procedures and performing training. |

Skills:
|
BS in Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years experience. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Candidates should be highly results-oriented with good interpersonal communication/team-based skills and have experience with Process Safety Systems, Distributed Control Systems, continuous/batch process operations, and catalytic reactions. Knowledge of the ISO-9000/14000 management systems would be a plus. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a diverse team environment is essential |
