DESCRIPTION: Are you looking for a rapidly growing company within the Real Estate industry? This large real estate services firm specializes in Executive Suites for entrepreneurial and small companies. The company has over ten locations in the Orange County area and is seeking a professional Accounts Payable Administrator for their corporate offices. Responsibilities will include inputting incoming invoices, coding invoices for locations, receiving payment requests from branches, verifying products and services rendered, processing weekly check run, posting to general ledger, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. Also, individual will be maintaining all backup data for checks processed, tracking status of outstanding invoices, assisting vendors with check inquiries, allocating costs to branches, charging back tenants for various costs, interfacing with Branch Managers on Accounts Payable requests, processing month-end and quarterly reports, maintain knowledge of GL and income statements, and assisting Accounting Manager with various projects. Seeking an individual who is service oriented, detailed, and organized. Individual must have over four years of Accounts Payable experience, and a strong general accounting knowledge. Must have intermediate Excel skills, and strong Word, QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
