DESCRIPTION : Looking for a professional environment with opportunities for advancement and promotion from within? Large Orange County based Property Management firm is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative assistant to support two Managers. This company manages commercial business complexes, industrial/office spaces, and other commercial complexes. The company is employee oriented, provides a fast paced environment, and offers skill advancement programs. Responsibilities will include answering all incoming phones, assisting tenants with inquiries, inputting client information in the system, creating client work orders, dispatching maintenance to tenant locations, following up with tenants, creating correspondence, acting as a liaison between tenant and Manager, and maintaining client database. Also, individual will be inventorying and ordering supplies, interfacing with vendors for any purchases, approving incoming invoices, scheduling meetings for Managers, arranging travel as required, creating fliers for company events, coordinating catering, generating month/year end reports, and assisting with various special projects. Seeking an individual that has strong communication skills, ability to work well with others, multi-tasked, and customer service oriented. Must have over three years of receptionist experience, with administrative duties. Intermediate Word and Excel are required.
