Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a VAS Technical Sales professional to service new and existing customers.
VAS Technical Sales Specialist –Telecom Focused
Reporting to the AVP of VAS Sales in the USA, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new opportunities with new and existing client base, working closely with Account Managers to assess needs and provide solution based proposals
Prepare proposals, assist with price negotiations, promote value added sales and manage the closing process
Utilize resources to best serve clients while managing long, complex sales cycles
Coordinate presentations, perform demonstrations and visit customer sites to develop opportunities
Assess systems and products on site at customer locations, offer suggestions for improvement to tailor bids to correspond with current customer operations

Skills:
|
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field, coupled with 3 + years of proven sales experience, preferably in a technical industry.
Strong understanding of technology with experience in software development or implementation, previous experience selling into the telecom industry is a must
Working knowledge of pricing requirements and negotiation processes
Ability to meet/exceed sales goals and targets, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to travel frequently
