National Marketing Services is seeking P/Tmerchandisers and on-call furniture assemblers throughout the Leesburg, Ashland, Herndon, Sterling & Reston V A area to assemble RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) home and office furniture for display, merchandise products, set POGs (Plan-O-Gram's), conduct resets. Must have own cordless and hand tools, be able to lift products and perform quality work. Timely and accurate reporting required. Must be able to lift moderate weight products and perform quality work.
Professional attitude, good communication skills and retail experience required. A current valid drivers license and reliable transportation are also required. Training is provided. $8/hr.
NMS is also seeking on-call furniture assembly techs to provide in-home and in-office furniture assembly services. The product line to be serviced is RTA (ready-to-assemble) office & home furniture assembly for retail displays and in-home/in-office furniture assembly assignments. Applicants must have 1-2 years professional furniture assembly experience; must be able to lift/carry 75 lbs; must have internet access & printing capabilities; Must be bondable.

Furniture Assembly assignments include:
Build Displays; Assemble products for display (RTA Furniture); determine repairs/replacement parts needed; Inventory, etc. Must have professional RTA furniture-assembly experience, Computer w/Internet Access & Printing Capabilities, Self motivated, Current valid drivers license & reliable transportation, Good Driving Record, must have hand & cordless tools (hammer/pliers/screwdrivers/cordless screwdriver). Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to read directions, and fill out proper reports for assemblies.
